For making accreditation for the FIDE World Youth U14, U16, U18 Championships 2016 you should fill in the application form.

To make this procedure quick and easy on venue, please, apply your digital photo (portrait) in JPEG format and send together with the accreditation form to the following e-mail: media@ugramegasport.ru

You should indicate your name, surname and country in the name of file.
